How to Order

To order the cupcakes, please email us at mail.ivory@gmail.com with the following details:

1. HOW MANY PIECES?
The minimum is 12 cupcakes for standard size and 24 cupcakes for the mini size.
*Negotiable upon special request*

2. WHAT FLAVOUR?
What would you like? What would the special person you are ordering for enjoy eating?
Check our menu for some ideas..
*Feel free to discuss with us*

3. PERSONALISED MESSAGES OR PREFERENCE?
Describe clearly what you would like on the cupcakes. If necessary, attach a photo or a draft design. We do simple crafting designs, too.
*Discuss further with us for specific or special designs*

4. COLOUR THEME
What colour scheme would you want? What colour scheme would you like to present to your recipient?

5. ANY SPECIAL PACKAGING?

Generally, the cupcakes come in the simplest packaging at a minimum cost. Please inform us of any special packaging requests.

6. WHEN DO U WANT THEM?
Please send in your order at least one week in advance as we normally send you a draft of the design before you confirm your order. Please include the date and time you want it to be collected or delivered.

7. BUDGET & PRICING
If you do have a budget, please let us know and we shall see what we can work around it.
Generally, normal cupcakes with wordings and simple designs cost $2.50 each. Face cupcakes and more complicated designs are $5.00 each due to its difficulty. Any special requests of babycakes or special design cupcakes depend on the level of difficulty of the designs and workmanship.

8. NAME & CONTACT DETAILS
Please give us your name, contact number and an email address that you frequently check, as we would most likely correspond with you via email.

Your orders will be attended to as soon as it reaches our mailbox.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN AFTER THAT?
We will contact you and send you a draft which requires your approval. We would send you the quotation after that and once agreed, we would process your order and it would be due for delivery or collection on your specified date. After that, further discuss the method of payment with us. Receipt would be issued if requested.
