This is our 1st cater-order we accepted for a Birthday Bash ordered by Louise & Sylvia. 200 mini cupcakes with vanilla or strawberry flavour and assorted deco as toppings. It is a challenge for us as we had insufficient equipment, but we're proud to produce this little babies in time. 1stly we had no idea what to do with the topping. 2ndly we realised that we bought the wrong cupcake paper size. At the end of the day we manage to come out with 6 different design as toppings (last minute job) and all turn out to be more than expected. *laugh*
